The craft group is a group of parents who meet each week in the General Assistant’s room at the side of the hall.
We make or buy inexpensive gifts to sell to the children for Mothers Day, Fathers Day and at Christmas. We also sometimes have a stall at Family Fun Day, Grandparents Day and the annual Christmas Markets.
We get together for a couple of hours, have a coffee, a chat and make or wrap our gifts. This is not a class (though you may find yourself either learning or teaching something!) but an opportunity for parents to help raise funds for the school in a fun and non taxing way.
Please come and join us on Wednesday from 9am for a couple of hours. You don’t have to be a crafty person, there will always be something you can pitch in and help with, and you don’t have to come each week – whatever suits you – if you are interested in joining us on either a regular or casual basis, you would be made very welcome. Babies and toddlers are also welcome. So drop in and see what we are doing – the kettle will be on!
